Urban Synergy Mentees enjoyed a weekend residential at Windmill Hill Activity Centre in East Sussex as part of their 1-1 Mentoring Programme Development from Friday 24-Sunday 26 July 2015.
Located in the stunning Sussex Downs, Windmill Hill activity centre is a popular choice with youth groups and offers a wide range of fun and challenging activities. Our activities included a Giant Swing, Climbing, Archery and BMX biking on the purpose-built ‘rhythm’ track.
The mentees were joined by Urban Synergy staff who not only supported them through the activities but took part alongside them!
New talents were discovered in every activity and lots of energy expelled as the mentees experienced personal and team success as they tackled each challenge with team support..
A fun and confidence team building weekend away with Urban Synergy!
