The small group mentoring sessions helped them to identify the appropriate pathways into their chosen profession. Students who had previously felt negative about preparing for work experience fortnight made contacts that could help make it a life-changing experience.”

Urban Synergy has just completed the training of more mentors to join the organisation. Paul Lawrence of the Life Skills Training Consultancy provided the training at the Reuters Building in Canary Wharf. Thanks to Paul and all who attended.
